May 26, 2007 – Lindsay Lohan loses control of her car while driving drunk. She is sentenced to rehab for 45 day and must wear an alcohol-monitoring bracelet.

July 24, 2007 – Lindsay is arrested for drunk driving and charged with five misdemeanors, including driving with a suspended license and possession of cocaine. She pleads guilty and is sentenced to a day in jail, 10 days of community service, a drug-treatment program, three years of probation, an alcohol education program, and fines.

October 16, 2009 – After showing up an hour late to her alcohol education classes, Lohan is sentenced to another year of probation.

June 8, 2010 – Lohan violates a court order by consuming alcohol while wearing her alcohol-monitoring bracelet. A warrant is issued for her arrest. She posts $200,000 bail, and the warrant is rescinded.

July 6, 2010 – Lohan violates her probation and is sentenced to 90 days in jail and 90 days in rehab. Because of overcrowding in the jail, she is released and taken to rehab.

September 2010 – Lohan fails a drug test and spends a day in a jail as a result. Soon after, she checks into the Betty Ford Center for three months.

February 2011 – Lohan leaves a jewelry store in Venice, California with a stolen $2,500 necklace. After being charged with burglary, Lohan pleads “no contest” and is sentenced to 120 days in jail, 360 hours of community service, and 120 hours service in the L.A. county morgue. She is released from jail due to overcrowding and is put on house arrest instead.

October 2011 – Lohan fails to complete her court-ordered community service. Her probation is revoked, and she is sentenced to jail for 30 days. She is released because of overcrowding.

June 8, 2012 – Lohan gets in a car accident with a truck on the Pacific Coast Highway in Santa Monica. Lohan claims that she wasn’t behind the wheel, but police suspect her of lying.

September 19, 2012 – Lohan allegedly hits a pedestrian with her car and drives away. She is arrested for the hit-and-run, but the charges are dropped.

November 29, 2012 – Lohan gets into a fight with another woman at Club Avenue in Manhattan. She is arrested and charged with third-degree assault. Later that day, she is charged with lying to a police officer, obstructing an officer, and reckless driving, all in connection to the PCH crash. Her probation is revoked.

March 18, 2013 – Lohan pleads “no contest” to the charges against her related to the PCH car crash. She is sentenced to 90 days in a rehabilitation center, 30 days of community service, and 18 months of therapy.
