Unusual that flowers had to be signed for to be left at premises, recipient had to organise delivery to another address to receive the flowers. Also the vase I purchased did not fit the flowers, so they had to wrap flowers in wet paper towel for a few hours before they could bring them home and place in one of their own vases. I suspect now the life of the flowers is significantly reduced.
