No it wasn’t – I submitted my request around 12 and the website said before 2.00 that day delivery. Then I couldn’t get the flowers requested and I had no idea of what they were. I wasn’t at all sure they’d get delivered on the Monday. However, they did and they were pleased but I’d only rate you overall 6 out 10. You mustn’t state things on your website that you can’t fulfil best to state the truth and qualify your large claims.
