The flower arrangement I picked was not complete as something was missing from the arrangement and really appreciated that you called and let me know. You said you would make it special but I don’t understand why you changed iit from a boxed sponge to a normal flower arrangement so it won’t last as long as I wanted it to for my girlfriend?
