I have dealt with you now for a number of deliveries and never had a bad experience yet, my mother-in-law is alway delighted with your flowers. This time around you went out of your way to ensure the delivery was made on Saturday in time for her 88th birthday which was looking dicey because I never put the order in until after 5 p.m Friday night.
