Ordering items of any kind online can be stressful, often the images shown do not represent the delivered item. Having ordered twice from zflowers I have not found this to be the case, and the recipient has been most pleased with them. Because I am ordering from the UK for delivery in Australia, again it is important that the whole experience is seamless. Both of my deliveries were specified as next day but both took 2 days to arrive, perhaps that is a result of the time difference, but on the whole i am pleased with all aspects of the service.
