received an e-mail to remind me of a birthday and ask me if I would like to send the order again. I attempted to do so but the delivery address was in New Zealand but had been put in Australia. I couldn’t change it even though I tried another order on line. I went to the chat line but after 1/2 hour waiting for response I gave up. I rang the phone no I finally found but was told the price was only available on-line. She told me how to do that and I eventually worked it out. The order therefore took me hours, and I felt unlikely to use you again. However the flowers were delivered promptly and were good.. |
