The flowers and delivery were perfect. The only thing that could be improved on is my grandmother (who is very picky) said the the card was ‘just a small one and the handwriting was very messy.’ Perhaps you could add a normal size card option to the flowers too just in case people want it and perhaps suggest that whoever write the cards has neat handwriting. I didn’t see it so I’m just repeating what was said.
