My partner had left it until the day before his daughter turned 37 to remember her birthday. But Jessah was very helpful and had everything in place and Tracey was delighted. Only thing I would question is the need for a non-Kiwi operator (and presumably call centre) – jobs for Kiwis I say. Cherry Daly
