Received a message left on my voicemail at 2.30pm on 01/10, after making an order at 1.45pm and was told it would not be delivered this day. I phoned back and after being placed on hold for a few minutes, was put through to the lady who left the initial message, Irene. She then apologised but said it was initially believed the delivery was in Queensland. She then said she had to find a supplier but it wasn’t guaranteed as it was now 2.30pm. Then eventually she phoned back and said they found someone to deliver it. It wasn’t a good first experience with ready flowers, and would concern me to use them again.
