Very impressed with the efficiency, and esp the advice pop-up which was helpful when I had a question. With living out of town, and not knowing the layout of the recipient’s house, I was concerned that she may not check her front door if the flowers had had to be left. Also the service could perhaps be improved by an email to the sender confirming that the flowers had been delivered. Over all tho, very satisfied with the service and the recipient was most happy with the flowers delivered. Many thanks.
