organizing my bunch of flowers was quick, easy & prompt and I was very appreciative. However, I saw them the day they were delivered to my grieving friend & I was shocked they looked nothing like the picture (as I had ordered). I respect that some flowers were yet to open but the overall bouquet did not have the variety of color I thought I had chosen.
