Far from Excellent ! In fact dreadful all round, ……..Started out with not being delivered on the same day as ordered and Paid for……..due to incompetant courier! Delivered the nxt day, spoiling the surprise for my daughter……. For what I paid for, which was “BLISS“ wrapping was crushed and looked like a child had done it…….although lilies & Irises were buds still, the Florist should have used her skills ?? to at least put some colored Foliage in to make it look attractive. Overall, very very sub standard, and will not use zflowers again……… In fact this is not the first time, the delivery was unsatisfactory…..
