Having recently lost my sister in law in the U.K. I decided the only thing I could do was send flowers. So, I got in touch with you. The young lady I spoke to was more than helpful but she did warn me that it could take up to five working days for the flowers to be delivered. However, the following day I had a call from my brother in the U.K. to say he had already received the flowers. Thank you so much for your kindness and very prompt action. Valerie McCarthy.
