Unfortunately, not a good one for me. My brother passed away in NZ on a Wednesday, and by Friday i had ordered flowers online for his family, hopefully to arrive the following day, or at least by Monday. The funeral came and went on Tuesday, still no flowers. After 3 phone calls, they were finally delivered by Wednesday afternoon. Five days to receive flowers? I could have flown to NZ and back with them, had i known. Never again!!!
