The flowers arrived on time and were apparently beautiful. Only downfall was that I requested no balloon as they were for remembering a child who was drowned in the 2012 floods and a happy-birthday/” title=”View all articles about Happy Birthday here”>Happy Birthday balloon was with the arrangement.
