I wanted to send flowers for my daughter’s birthday but didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg. I sent the flowers to a temporary address and then had to change it 2 days before delivery. As i was doing this, a chat line appeared and the assistant reassured me that I had changed the address correctly so was able to pass on accurate information immediately. I was kept up-to-ate by email as well. My daugter was delighted with the flowers
