Due unexpected circumstances I requested an amendment to the requested delivery day to the already lodged order. Your staff made enquires and called me back to update me on the options. The delivery was actioned as on the amended day and the recipient was able to receive the flowers on the day. Thank you – very grateful and very impressed.
