Despite there being an issue with delivery – recipient was uncontactable .. Z flowers delivered the next day for me and sorted it all out very well. What I wasn’t happy about was the fact I had to call z flowers at lunch time the day after delivery was expected to find out why the flowers weren’t delivered – I should have received a phone call on the day.
