RF0410.jpg I place an order and then placed a 2nd order for delivery of flowers to two different people I only received a confirmation email for the second order I entered the tracking number of the first order and was told it did not exists So I placed the first order again Then the flowers got delivered to the one person by mistake I phoned to correct this and a replacement bunch went to the other person Then another bunch went there I have been charged for 3 bunches Not very happy I wrote an email but was told it’s probably a pre approval and I’d be reversed charge for the third bunch But I didn’t get reversed
