It would be great if you could update yr website the minute flowers are delivered….to have yr agents ask you “didn’t you text the receiver if they received the flowers” isn’t great service especially of the flowers are a surprise for the receiver, the flowers are already delivered hours ago but you go in the website to track n it doesn’t say so you have to ring the call centre
