The flowers were beautiful – exactly as in the picture. They were very fresh, and each gerbera was wired to assist long life. The only hiccup – I left my sister’s mobile number and asked that she be phoned before the flowers left the shop; she is often out or taking her daily swim in the pool and unable to unlock the gate. As it was, no one phoned and my brother in law noticed someone wandering round the back of the property, trying to find a way ‘In’. Fortunately he was able to unlock the gate and take delivery of the flowers. A simple phone call as requested could have avoided all the hassle. Otherwise, my sister was delighted with her bouquet.
