Hi, The order was delivered as expected, however I ordered 12 Long Stem Roses Presentation Box, and was received 12 Long Stem Premium Rose Bouquet, at least a similar presentation to this, since I paid extra for the presentation box, I was expecting that and not only the bouquet.
