Everything about it was great, except when I pressed the final button, the screen just sat there so I was not sure if it had gone thru or not. I pressed again and it still sat there so I started trying to ring your help desk. But your confirmation came thru quickly so I realised it must have gone thru. Thank you for a great service: the flowers were delivered promptly and were beautiful! (so I hear from the recipient)
