Since I live in the UK, I was a bit concerned that it might not be possible to do a flower order for my sister who lives in a rural area. I have been pleasantly surprised that the service was very good, especially because the team were quick to answer my questions. My sister was delighted with her birthday flowers. The only negative thing was that someone tried to contact me by phone – it was 3.15 am ! – but I slept through it…????
