I made a mistake on the address for delivery. I think the name of the girl I was dealing with was Jess. She was super helpful and persevered to help get the delivery to my friend. It took several calls while I was at work and I want to apologise if I seemed short on the phone when all she was doing was trying to help me. Thanks Jess
