I appreciated the advance notice of when the flowers were to be delivered on the day. The flowers were in perfect condition upon delivery. The only negative was that my 89 year old mother was expected to walked down the stairs to the front door to collect them Personally, I think the much younger delivery person should have climbed the stairs and delivered them to the front door – much safer for an elderly person on many counts!
