The wrong postcode came up when the order went through … a completely different one to the one that I had put in. Fortunately, your chatline was open and a very nice person on there helped to change the postcode to the correct one. If I hadn’t had noticed the automatic change of postcode by your site the flowers would have been delivered 200kms away. So I was thankful for his help as they were going to a lady who had lost her Dad. Pricewise and everything was good though. |
