When attempting to request a delivery day the website would only offer a day after the day I wanted it delivered despite being within the cut off time. I included in the “special instructions window” a request for delivery as required. I then received a phone call from a very pleasant operator, confirming the delivery would happen that day. Shortly after a very impressed recipient called praising the flowers. Thankyou!
