Absolutely loved that you sent me a reminder, as I was on a business trip and every chance to forget my wife’s birthday. It was one of the best proactive marketing activities I have experienced ….. however the “single click” on the reminder email didn’t work at first so eventually I just went back through the website (less convenient but fine); in the website it appears that I found the same flowers for a price lower than what was offered in the email reminder (this made me feel you were trying to take advantage of my loyalty rather than reward it). On the whole the reminder, ease of process, lovely flowers and happy partner outweighed the slight annoyance but I thought since I value ready flowers service I’d take the time to provide feedback.
