I understand you explain delivery terms however using the tracking still didn’t provide a clue on status. It would be helpful if it could indicate uplift had taken place at least that way customers know its then up to the courier and their schedule. Overall easy to use service. PS; Only as an extra value add, a picture of the final product would be nice to just check they were what was ordered or similar.
