Altho the flowers were great and my friend loved them & brought her to tears, the ordering process was a bad experience was on hold for over 10 minutes trying to discuss what I wanted to finally be told you have to order online which meant I couldn’t ask any questions. I was scared I was going to miss the cut off time for same day delivery
