We can’t really comment on the service as we don’t know when they were delivered. Unfortunately my mother didn’t get the flowers until the evening as the the office at Huntleigh did not take them to Mum’s apartment or let her know that they had arrived. She went to look for them after we became aware she hadn’t received them and found them, they had been sitting out of water since whenever they were delivered, More their issue than yours but will be more explicit about delivery instructions next time.
