Considering it was all done online, I was very pleased with the service! It was very easy to understand, and the directions were clear and concise. When my nan received the flowers and teddy I was filled with joy because the teddy bear option was a last minute thought and they only have base colors, so when I saw the teddy, I thought those people have done really well to capture my thoughts! So thank zflowers I will definitely b using u again!
