I may have already completed a survey but anyway. There was an issue with the site created by Telstra or the internet, site dropped out a couple of times. I accepted online chat and your consultant checked my email address, password etc. in order. Placed order, all went smoothly from there. Service consultant was excellent and the purchase went fine, flowers received in good order etc.
