Ordered for a morning delivery, flowers did not come then at 220pm I had to go on live chat for ready flowers personnel to find out from supplier when it was coming as the tracking order tab did not work. So a bit of an inconvenience. Was finally given a time but no email was sent to say it was delivered. so service was really okay rather than great. sorry!
