The online service was great and the flowers were delivered at the right time however, according to the description by the receiver, she has advised me that the flowers she received don’t appear to be what I ordered. It would have been nice to have been advised that there was a change (possibly due to availability of the flowers I had chosen). I will add that the recipient of the flowers was happy with what she received, I just don’t know what they were.
