The recipient was really pleased with the flowers in the vase and looks forward to the tiger lily buds opening up to enjoy. I was impressed with the person taking the order in taking great care to get the details right – great job! I think she was graciously very patient as there was a lot to cover and not so easily over the phone compared to website ordering. I do prefer to talk to someone sometimes and given the urgency with which I wanted this to happen a website order wouldn’t suffice. I was a little surprised that the order was despatched from Mount Maunganui instead of Bethlehem. I was informed about this so while a little surprised it merely added to the efficiency with which the order was carried out. To the extent that I was really surprised (pleasantly) to learn it arrived by 3pm and my mother was equally surprised to get it. Thanks again and will be recommending zFlowers.com and/or using again.
