I had a typo in the recipient address. I used the online form to update this which was simple. I received a call regarding alternative flower colours which was no hassle and took the opportunity to reconfirm the address change which gave me piece of mind. Entering the order number on the phone gave me reassurance that the agent has the correct order before we started talking.
