I have used your service on many occasions to send flowers to an elderly relative in UK, I live overseas. Unfortunately I have been unable to discover if she received them as your order tracking online is not helpful at all. On this order i sent to a friend and tried to track the delivery, still unhelpful. However I was delighted when she sent me a photo of the beautiful flowers she had received. I recommend an improved tracking system on your web site to give clear information on the status. Thanks!
