Timely delivery per schedule. Flowers are fresh and pretty, as told to me by recipient/a friend is hospital. She sent me a pic to show me the bouquet, indeed colours look vibrant and pretty. 1 thing is that response to email query took longer than expected (sent GMT 2+pm, reply next day GMT 10+am)
