I like that I was sent a reminder of the order I had previously sent a year ago. This order is placed in the USA but sent to New Zealand and the ease of ordering was great. The one thing that would be nice is to send a quick email when the order is actually delivered to its destination. I never really know when it gets to the person I send it to in NZ unless they send me a social media message as the recipient is an actress. That’s why I would at least like to know when it’s actually delivered in case the recipient doesn’t respond. Otherwise, excellent service!
