I specifically requested that the flowers be delivered at my daughter’s school (after getting their approval, as this is not a normal practice) and was told by a member of your staff that they would be. However, they WERE NOT and I was very annoyed. My daughter rang to say ‘thank you’ and that they were beautiful but this is NOT THE POINT. You did not adhere to my wishes and said delivery to her school would be carried out BUT IT WASN’T. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING THROUGH YOUR COMPANY AGAIN.
