RF0193.png No issues with the experience at all but could I suggest one thing that might help? I would reccomend taking a quick photo of the arrangement to send back to the buyer. That way, those of us who don’t get to see the flowers are able to know with certainty that the flowers are what we ask for which would lead to more confidence to re-use your business and spread the word what a wonderful job you did of the bouquet.
