RF0033.jpg Main issue was that at the time of my order there wasn’t any notifcation of the fact that my order would be delayed due to COVID impacts. This mean my order wasn’t delivered on my anniversary date. I understand things are delayed in my delivery area, however it would have helped manage my expectations better had I know this before placing my order, rather than only finding out about the delay after i had ordered and paid.

All other aspects of the experience were great. recipient very happy with the flowers that were delivered.
