Experience was okay. I just found I battled to give details over the phone for an order, so I asked for an email address so it would be easier, only then to be told on a reply email to go on line to do the order and get a discount. Why not just tell me that first thing over the phone. I believe the arrangement that was delivered was lovely, so thank you. Otherwise all is fine.
