good ordering but delivery was hit and miss – address wasnt complete so I had to ring Australia to complete address was put on hold while they rang New Zealand to confirm what was needed then put on hold again while they relayed information which I found on Google – really did I really need to pay for an international phone call to confirm an address in the next suburb to me which could easily have been checked on google by delivery gut or florist or your company name of company building and suburb had all been provided just street address missing.
