Your delivery service is fine. Your ordering service is okay, it is helpful that you are able to set a reminder for annual events eg Mothers Day, but it would be more useful if there were prompts to remind you to change the message and date of delivery before placing your order. I was able to change my message after my order was placed but didn’t think about the date, which of course changes every year. Perhaps you could do that automatically in thd future?
