It was great that I got a reminder about delivery (as I had some flowers delivered the year prior as well) so it was easy to organise, however I would have liked to change the flower bouquet from the previous year and I could not find out how to do that. There did not appear to be an option to select a different style (I wanted to go bigger and spend more this year) but just the offering of the same style as sent previously.
