Client very happy with flowers which were delivered promptly on nominated day. Only glitch was I was rung and told the supplier could not deliver the bottle of wine ordered to go with the flowers as they had no wine licence. When I insisted that the wine be delivered another supplier was given the order – obviously the second supplier should have been given the order in the first place!
